The Saint-Vincent-de-Paul Hospital in Paris in the 14th arrondissement was closed by the end of 2011. Originally called Hospice des Enfants-Assistés, it was founded in 1638 by Saint Vincent. The main mission of this hospital was to look after orphaned children.
